IMAGINE - Lebens Kunst

Art as healing, as resistance, as transformation. This exhibition brings together artistic positions that do not conceal vulnerability, but make it visible. Performance, installations, photography, and video are understood as processes of healing — both individual and collective. The works presented approach the art of (over)living not as a metaphor, but as an existential practice: How do we create spaces of regeneration? How do we transform trauma into agency? How do bodies, relationships, and societies heal? Between fragility and resilience, a dialogue unfolds on the healing power of artistic gestures — as testimony, as ritual, as hope.

Raft of the Medusa

RAFT OF THE MEDUSA

The immersive exhibition RAFT OF THE MEDUSA by Raimund Schucht takes visitors on a journey aboard the Medusa – a metaphor for our contemporary society. In the multilayered, spatial installation, sculpture, text, and sound intertwine.

Drawing on Théodore Géricault’s iconic painting The Raft of the Medusa, the exhibition explores questions of social fragmentation, collective uncertainty, and societal transformation – in the tension between dissolution and recurrence.
